trip to the hospital

Yesterday, i wasn't feeling all that well and, at night, i started to have frequent contractions. When we started to time them, we realized they were happening almost every 8-10 minutes so we headed down to the hospital. There they hooked me up to a monitor to check the babies' heart rates and to monitor my contractions. The heart rates were good, even through the contractions, so they did a fetal Fibronectin Test (like they did when i was originally put on bedrest) and it came back negative! That means there's a 90+% chance that i won't deliver in the next 7-10 days! So with those results, they sent me back home, a little tired but feeling a lot more comforted.

so today, i'm taking it easy (easier than even usual) to try to avoid having the contractions again. so much for easing up on bedrest restrictions at 34 weeks...
